Delivery and Returns
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to despatch all orders within 48 hours. You will be notified of any items that are not available at the time of your order and may choose to cancel or to place the order. These items will be sent to you, as soon as they are available. Please allow 7 working days for delivery to UK addresses. Delivery to non-UK addresses is likely to take longer. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by a third party. If the goods fail to arrive please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund. Orders to be delivered to UK mainland addresses with a net value of £200 or more will be delivered free of charge, all orders of less than £200 will incur a delivery charge of £8.50. Low value, small or light UK mainland orders will be sent by Royal Mail at a cost of £4.50. Standard parcels being shipped to European postal zones will be sent by TNT using a 3 working day service at a cost of £29.00 for orders up to a maximum value of £500 and £39 for orders exceeding £500. Small parcels being shipped to European postal zones will be sent by Airmail as small packets at a cost of £4.50 for orders under £10 and £8.50 for orders up to a maximum value of £25. We do not currently deliver outside of European postal zones. The seller reserves the right to alter these prices in line with the costs of postage. The customer must request any other delivery method at the time of placing the order and goods will be sent in this manner subject to an additional charge.
Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for credit providing they are not soiled or damaged in any way, and that we are notified in writing within 7 working days of delivery. We will credit the value of the returned items less the cost of return carriage. No refunds or replacements will be considered until the original goods have been thoroughly inspected.
Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded after inspection provided that we are notified in writing within 7 working days of delivery. Any warranty given will commence from the date of the invoice. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any consequential loss arising from the use of the faulty products will be accepted.
